When you wake up in the morning, our natural instinct is to seek comfort. Throughout the day, when things don't go our way, we seek a comfort remedy. One way to provide this remedy consistently and constantly, is with internal harmony.
When we see the philosopher, Marcus Aurelius, say "lives in harmony with the universe" he can be interpreted saying that Harmony will provide this comfort. Meditation, structure and health are some of the pillars that can be the foundation of your Harmony.
