To me, my mind and body are two parts where I stress my health the most. I found that 20-30 minutes of non fiction reading has generally increased my attitude daily. This is something that I found beneficial to me and I personally love doing it in the morning. I am currently reading 'Getting to Yes' by Fisher, Ury and Patton.
While reading non fiction self growth topics such as this is beneficial for our lives, I found jaw in another aspect of reading.
The peace and serenity involved with reading gives me 20-30 minutes in the morning where It is truly just me and myself. With the world being packed with so many outside stimulants, I found it nice to see that this time period is when I can control what stimulates my mind.
